Instead of imagining yourself pulling your body up, think of it as pulling the elbows down. To make weight loss go more quickly, raise the density of your exercise programs. The more intensity that you put in during a workout, the more fat that you will burn. Take shorter breaks during your total workout session or do what you can to skip breaks completely. You will see an increase in the amount of weight you lose.
