There's no reason you should have to lift yourself by your bootstraps and design a healthy fitness routine all on your own. Read all you can at first, but then get started on your fitness routine.

Think differently when you are going to start a fitness program. Visiting the gym is far from the only way to get exercise. Recognizing your own interests and choosing what is enjoyable to you is crucial to maintaining motivation.
