Contact skills will benefit your volleyball game. The best thing that you can do to achieve this is by playing foosball. Foosball requires a keen eye and sharp skills; it also requires excellent hand-eye coordination. Lots of practice will do wonders to enhancing these skills for you, and then you can carry them back to your main sport.

Maintain a daily journal, recording everything you do. Include everything you eat, drink and do. If you really want to be a completionist, record the weather, too. You will see what you need to improve on. Even if you don't exercise on a given day, write it down.
