If you normally spend 60 minutes on the treadmill, schedule half an hour of treadmill time each morning, and 30 minutes more later that night. If you don't want to hit the gym twice in one day you can do one gym workout, and one outside workout.

Try counting calories to promote fitness. When you're knowledgeable about the amount of calories you've been consuming, it'll be easier to make sure you're losing the weight you want. When you make an effort to record how many calories you are eating rather than guessing, you can get fit more easily and quickly.

Get an exercise regimen that works for your body, and it will be easy to stay at it. Make sure your fitness is something that you find fun, this way time will go by faster.
