Bend your knees slowly until your thighs are perpendicular with your legs. Maintain the squatting position until you can no longer maintain it.

While running on a treadmill may have its draw, taking time to run outside has better benefits to you. Treadmills offer convenience, especially when it gets too cold outside. Running on the sidewalk, however, is more effective.

If you want to work your triceps, pushups are the way to go. But, rather than doing a typical push up, you can get the best results by facing your hands inward at a 45 degree angle, making your fingers face one another. When you do pushups this way, you'll have the triceps targeted and strengthened more effectively.
