Keep bending your knees until you reach a point where your thighs and the floor are parallel. You will be in a seated position, but without a chair. Remain in this stance until you feel like you're not able to sustain it any longer.

With every exercise, exhale after each repetition. This allows more oxygen to enter your body so that you can become more functional and feel great.

You won't be able to get a six pack by doing endless crunches. Your muscles may get stronger, but nothing will really happen with respect to the fat on your stomach. In order to get a coveted six-pack, it is necessary to lower overall body fat, eat a balanced diet and do lots of weight and cardiovascular workouts.

If you're going to exercise, don't call it working out or exercising. Using those words can make you become less motivated. Instead, call it what it is. If you are walking, say you are walking.
