It is often helpful to count backwards when you are completing repetitive exercises. Counting down makes it easier for you to keep track of your reps as well as keeping you motivated.

It is possible to become more powerful by working out in much less time than you normally would. This routine will work your muscles harder and will increase your endurance. For instance, if your workout usually takes you 30 minutes, attempt to do it three minutes faster the next time.
